Position Statements
The Shuvat Yisrael Beit Din is a house of judges that was formed to provide Natzarim Israel with accountability and proper halacha
Our stance is the following:
The Body of Messiah should demonstrate its love for Yeshua by obedience to Torah
which includes celebrating the moed'im (set apart times) which are His eternal truths at their appointed times regardless of the cost.
We need to celebrate them in the light of their fulfillment in Yeshua.
We should teach about their meaning and customs
We should worship the Elohim of Israel on those days using the traditions of our people as a springboard for haRuach to move us in true worship.
We should share those truths with our children with joy
As a house of judges we should stand for each other
really understand each others needs and support one another. We should get involved
We are our brother's keeper
We are also called to study the Torah and our heritage in light of Yeshua
We should join the local Jewish community, and stand for our people, and our land
We need to share the joy of salvation with the Jew first, as Messiah leads
We should provide our Gentile believers the tools they need to understand their faith, and share it with our people
As we grow, we should add other men of Israel to our panel as haRuach leads us

Statement of Faith
We believe in the creator of heaven and earth revealed in the scriptures of Israel who is Echad [a Unity] (1) manifesting as Father (2), Son (3), and Spirit (4).
We believe that it is right to call upon the Sacred Name (5) and that the Father is awakening His people to the knowledge of His Name in this generation. We will walk in the understanding we have gained thus far and not divide with others over pronunciation. The great I AM will purify our doctrines and our tongues (6), yet His Word shall remain forever above His Name (7).
We believe that the scriptures of Israel , both the Tanach [Old Testament] and the Brit Chadasha [New Testament] in their original text are the inspired and inerrant Word of Elohim [God]. They are together a consistent revelation to man and are the only authoritative text in the deciding of all matters of faith and doctrine (8).
We believe that Jesus of Nazareth is the Messiah and that His true Name is Y’shua [pronounced Ye-shoo-ah] (9). He is the promised “seed” of the woman (10) who pre-existed with the Father from infinity past (11). He is the Creator in Union with the Father (12), the Wisdom (13) and Craftsman at the Father’s side (14). He is the “LORD” who appeared to Abraham (15) and the “man” who wrestled with Jacob (16). He is the giver of the Torah [Law] (17) and the Messenger of the Covenant (18). He is Emanuel [God with us], born of a virgin at the appointed time (19), Elohim made manifest in the flesh (20) who lived a sinless life (21) and came into humanity in order to die as an atoning sacrifice for our sins (22). He rose up from death after three days as He said He would (23) and as the scriptures had previously foretold concerning Him (24). In this He conquers death for everyone who trusts in Him (25). He ascended to the right hand of the Father (26). He is the “Moshiach ben Yosef” the Suffering Servant and the “Moshiach ben David” the Reigning King (27) who will physically return to the Mount of Olives (28). When He comes again He will judge the nations and rule and reign over all the earth as King of kings and Lord of lords (29).
We believe that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of Elohim (30). All are in need of the salvation provided through the Son’s atoning sacrifice. Anyone who receives the Son receives the Father and obtains eternal life; anyone who rejects the Son rejects the Father and receives eternal damnation (31).
We believe that the anointing of the Kadosh Ruach [the Holy Spirit] sent by Y’shua on Shavuot [Pentecost] is an anointing available today for all true believers (32). This is a subsequent and separate event to salvation (33) and is given to empower us to live righteously in accordance with His Torah (34) as well as to empower us with the spiritual gifts as He determines (35).
We believe that all from the nations who receive salvation are joining the commonwealth of Israel and are no less Israel than the native-born. Together in Messiah, we are one family and are to live united with one faith and one Torah (36).
We believe that the Torah is holy, righteous, good and spiritual (37). It is the perfect Law that gives liberty (38). We delight in the Law of Elohim (39). It is the covenant given to Moses in harmony with the covenant given to Abraham and does not cancel out the first covenant of faith (40). It was never given for salvation since justification has always been and always will be granted as a gift from Elohim (41). It is the lifestyle for a people already justified (42). Not the least of it will pass away until heaven and earth pass away and Y’shua did not come to abolish it (43). Y’shua kept Torah and we are to do as He did (44) being His followers who keep His commandments and hold to His testimony (45).
